Daniel 9:1-19 provides a good structural basis by which effective prayer can be made for God’s Holy saints, today.
Daniel acknowledges the need of God’s people, and renders their hope to the Lord and the Lord’s greatness and awesomeness; covenant and mercy; His righteousness, mercy, and forgiveness; His NAME! {Grace}
Dear Heavenly Father,
Your people are in need, today Lord, of knowledge and understanding concerning the work that You have accomplished through Christ Jesus, our Savior.
Thank You, Father, for opening our eyes of understanding touching Your promises in Christ Jesus. Divine provision has been made available to us according to the riches of Your Glory in Christ, by Your abundant Grace.
Let us not be deceived, Lord, by the strategies and deceits of Satan and the lies of Religion that deprive us of the true blessing. Thank You for a fresh anointing and outpouring of Your Spirit on the saints, Your Holy people.
Thank You for increased revelation of the true hope of your call and what it means to “be strong in the Lord and in the power of HIS might” (Ephesians 6:10). Thank You for revealing the riches of the Glory of Your inheritance among the saints, Lord God, and the exceeding greatness of Your power towards us who believe.. In Jesus’s Name!
That we may become the Church that you have called us – even equipped to minister to the needs of this generation and those to come. Operating effective by Grace for the fulfillment of Your purposes, according to Your power, In Jesus’s Name, Amen!
