Life is a lot less stressful when you stop trying to be who you think you have to be, and are who God has called you to be.
The former involves a level of input on your part; however, with God, there’s grace for you to be who He has called you – because where the purposes of God are, there is also divine provision and intervention for success. The only thing we do is cooperate.
*Remember: it is God that works in you to will and to do for His good pleasure. (Philippians 2:12-13 AMP) * in total dependence on God
Wouldn’t you rather trust the Almighty God and His plan, rather than your own or another’s?
The treasure that we have in earthen vessels (as humans), is that the excellence of the power (the glory) is of God, and not of ourselves (II Corinthians 4:7). It is He that has made us, and not we ourselves. We are His people, and the sheep of His pasture (Psalms 100:3).
