God is ordering things into place. Be cooperative and know that His Grace is the only incentive for whatever good is brought to past in your life – count your blessings.
For the things of old that are brought to remembrance, find a word that defines the circumstance and stand on it. Doing so is going to allow your mind to be renewed and heart to be changed in accordance with God’s will. So then, the order will be established.
I Samuel 15 – v.17, v.22-23
22 To obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams. 23 For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry.
Saul neglected God’s order (he rejected the Word of God – v.23, 26), which caused him to be rejected of God, as king. In v.24, it reads that Saul entertained a fear of people. The influence of people should never alter our obedience to God (God has delivered us from the fear of men – Prov. 29:25; * Jeremiah 1:8).
Let His order be the priority and focus for your life.
