Philippians 2:5-8 AMP
“Let this same attitude and purpose and humble mind be in you which was in Christ Jesus: [Let Him be your example in humility:]“
After stripping himself of the rights and privileges and dignity He had as God, Jesus made Himself of no reputation, took on the form of a servant, and came into the likeness of men – and even after being born a human being, Jesus humbled Himself further by carrying-out His obedience to God to the extreme of death, even death by crucifixion.

The Power to Work-out Your Salvation (Not in Your Own Strength.)
If anyone had an excuse to be offended, it was Jesus. If He can forgive us, we can forgive others also. Sin cannot have dominion in your life through unforgiveness if you walk in Love. Let Jesus be your example, the Holy Spirit is the power.
v.13 “For it is God who is all the while effectually at work in you [energizing and creating in you the power and desire], both to will and to work for His good pleasure and satisfaction and delight.“
