Ephesians 4:7-16
The gifts you possess have a purpose, read verse 12, be actionable:
- Practice / Prepare / Train in the use of your gifts by the Holy Spirit – for the perfecting of the saints (God’s people) in Love; to equip others
- Actively use your gifts to Serve / Work within the Body of Christ – for the work of the ministry (service); to meet unique needs of others
- Grow in the use of your gifts through practice and service, becoming more aware of your endowments and strengths – for the edifying of the body of Christ; to build up the Church
v.13 “Till we all come to the unity of the faith and knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man (Body / Church – we are the body of Christ), unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ.“
