Because God Loves Me!

I know that God is too big for me to wrap up and put in a box. His ways are higher than our ways and His thoughts are higher than our thoughts. He uses the foolish things of the world to confound the wise. His wisdom is infinite! He deals graciously with us in revealing His will to us by His Word and Spirit.

He has been mindful of us, to bless us. He has plans to prosper us and not hurt us. To give us hope and a future.

God is Good! We can not give up on God, because He has never given up on us. Even when we don’t see what He is doing or don’t understand a situation or something we are experiencing completely, we have to trust God and know that He is Faithful. He is not a man that He should lie. We have to know that He always causes us to triumph in Christ Jesus! We have to know that He takes pleasure in the prosperity of His servant.

III John 2 (NKJV) “Beloved, I wish above all that you may prosper and be in health, even as your soul prospers”

I BELIEVE GOD LOVES ME! That settles everything.
Faith works by Love. Faith works by believing that God loves me.
Galatians 5:6 (MSG) “When you attempt to live by your own religious plans and projects, you are cut off from Christ, you fall out of grace. Meanwhile, we expectantly wait for a satisfying relationship with the Spirit. For in Christ, neither our most conscientious religion nor disregard of religion amounts to anything. What matters is something far more interior: faith expressed in love.”

I John 4:16 (KJV) “And we have known and believed the love that God has for us. God is love, and he that dwells in love dwells in God, and God in him.”

Faith can be described as: “An appropriate response to the Love of God.”

If we know and believe the Love that God has for us, we won’t squander the gift of Christ in sin, neither will we settle and allow our expectations in life’s circumstances to become contrary to the Love of God we have believed. We wait on God and expect Him with a confident hope, knowing that because He loves us, He will execute the good He’s intended for us. We won’t question God’s will and intention to do good to us and bless us. *I BELIEVE GOD LOVES ME! that settles it.

Because God loves me, He will provide for me and take care of me.
Because God loves me, He will not allow me to be put to shame.
Because God loves me, He will guide me and protect me from danger.
Because God loves me, He will keep me in good health.
Because God loves me, He will bless me and cause me to be successful.
Because God loves me, He will be with me and never leave me nor forsake me.
Because God loves me, He will use me to bring glory to His Name.

*At the core of my faith and the way I see my life, is the simple, yet powerful (profound) belief that GOD LOVES ME. Because I know He loves me, I can rest in His Word and promise with great confidence. Because He loves me, He won’t let me fail.

*What really matters in our lives, is faith expressed in the belief that God loves us.
